PERMITS

**PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO REQUESTING A GOLF CART PERMIT**

**As a reminder - Once permitted, golf carts can only be operated on approved streets and roadways listed in the ordinance. 
​Operation of golf carts on roadways with a speed limit above 35 mph is prohibited by state law.
